International Master Mechanical Engineering
Would you like to help shape tomorrow’s technology and turn it into an exciting career?
Come closer and conduct research on important projects for the future with us – in an informal environment with close supervision by experienced and dedicated professors!
Our project: your future.
Studying mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer offers you more than just dry theory: you can put your acquired knowledge immediately into practice in your own projects. Actively involved in ongoing research activities, you will develop and work on your individual scientific questions and learn first-hand how practical science works.
If you have completed a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an related subject, then the Master’s degree course in Mechanical Engineering (M.Eng.) gives you the opportunity to deepen the knowledge you have already acquired. You can choose from a catalog of modules from the areas plant engineering, design or production engineering.
In addition, you will take compulsory management modules that prepare you for tasks in project and personnel management. The master’s program also has a substantial project component. The level of scientific work goes beyond that of a Bachelor of Engineering, so you will also be prepared for a potential doctorate in engineering.
The Master Mechanical Engineering/Master Maschinenbau can be studied either completely in English or German. But you may also freely choose between English and German modules.
