University Cooperation

German universities, as is the case all over the world, have broad networks of international partners. Through cooperation programs among higher education institutions, DAAD supports German universities in expanding these networks. At our Mexico office we provide consulting on the multiple opportunities available to create or encourage academic cooperation programs between Mexico and Germany.

University cooperation

Cooperation between foreign universities and German higher education institutions (HEI) include the academic exchange of students and/or professors, as well as regular scientific projects. Nevertheless, there is an even greater potential for establishing new collaboration in diverse fields of science.

Since 2010, the German Research Community has been financing in Latin America the first International College of Graduates in the fields of Social Science and Humanities, called “Between spaces: movements, stakeholders and representations of globalization”, whose objective it is to encourage innovative research projects related to globalization.
